Orange Global Services is building next-generation cross-border payment infrastructure for businesses operating across Africa and global markets. Our mission is to modernize international payments by replacing slow, expensive banking rails with faster, more efficient infrastructure designed specifically for emerging markets.

We provide B2B payment rails that enable fintechs, remittance companies, and financial platforms to move money across borders quickly, reliably, and at significantly lower cost than traditional banking systems.

Our product suite includes cross-border payment infrastructure, white-label payment solutions, web-based treasury and payment tools, and API-based payment integrations. These solutions allow our partners to embed global payment capabilities directly into their own platforms.

We currently operate across South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, the EU, and the UK, and are actively expanding into additional African markets. Our customers include high-growth fintechs, payment providers, and financial platforms seeking modern infrastructure for cross-border transactions.

We are now looking for a Business Development Lead to take ownership of pipeline generation, deal execution, and commercial growth.

The Role

We are hiring a Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth and expand Orange’s customer base across Africa and global markets. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on building pipeline, developing customer relationships, and closing enterprise deals.

The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and founders to execute the company’s go-to-market strategy and build a repeatable sales motion. This role requires strong execution capability, commercial thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a startup environment.

Key objectives for this role include building pipeline across Africa, closing enterprise deals, refining sales messaging, improving sales systems, and contributing to the company’s overall commercial strategy.

This role is designed as a growth position. The successful candidate will begin as Business Development Lead, with the opportunity to grow into Head of Sales based on performance. The Head of Sales role will carry executive responsibility, ownership of global sales strategy, and leadership of a scaled sales organization.
